- since 2024 – Teacher in the preparatory period for grammar school at the Teacher Training College Göttingen (Gymnasium Goetheschule Einbeck)
- 2024 – Habilitation the Study of Religion (University of Bayreuth) with a project titled: „Religionskundliche Didaktik als Anwendungsfeld der Religionswissenschaft“
- 2021 – 2024 – Head of the project Religion Literacy- Auf dem Weg zu einer empirisch fundierten konstruktivistischen Religionsdidaktik at the University of Bayreuth (funded by the Robert Bosch Stiftung)
- 2018 – 2024 Senior Research Associate at the Department for the Study of Religion (University of Bayreuth)
